·      Successfully leading a hospital Care Management team of 200 to pass the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (JCAHO) re-accreditation survey.

 ·      Collaborative partnership with three other universities to establish and maintain social work student internship opportunities within the hospital setting, providing a lifeline of experience to students as they matriculate and prepare to enter the workforce.

·      Develop curriculum surrounding Care Management and social work principals for a team of 200 staff members and provide monthly education sessions as advancements occur in the field.

·      Masterful management of a $19 million durable medical equipment contract for large-scale hospital system, resulting in savings of over $2 million.

·      Coordinate large-scale multi-site vaccination administration initiative for a hospital system of 5,000+ employees which included vetting and managing teams of contractors, adverse events, infection prevention guidelines and employee compliance by organizational deadline.
